Shaheed Jaipal Singh Chalka Seva Samiti was founded in the year 2006 to contribute towards betterment of the society with a focus on child education, holistic child development and women empowermen in village Khinwasar, Laxmangarh, District Sikar (Rajasthan).

Formation of Seva Samiti includes the work towards these dimensions:

• To construct the statue of Amar Shaheed Jaipal Singh

• To run the developmental schemes for the ex-military men and their dependents

• To establish and manage the organization to encourage the girls education in rural areas

• To do the efforts towards removing social evils from the grass root level

• To devlop water sources and educate people towards water conservation schemes and promote environmental attention

• To coordinate and assist the health awareness programs and conduct health camps in the rural areas

• To construct the 'Library and Chintan Kendra'
